Register July 4-11, Denmark

Here you register & pay for the Midsummer Denmark music-holiday from July 4 to 11 at Vammen Camping in Tjele, Central Jutland.

This is done in two steps: participating in the program and booking your accommodation.

STEP 1 – PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM

To share the costs of the program, including workspaces, instruments, amplifiers, professional coaching, guide to Århus and a shared hot meal, we ask you to pay €210.

By paying, you accept our General Conditions and consent to adding your email address to our mailing list. If you need to cancel up to 8 weeks before the start of the event, 75% of your payment will be refunded. If you need to cancel up to 4 weeks before the start, 50% will be refunded. If you cancel within 4 weeks before the start, no refund will be given.

After payment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. More information about the participants and the program will follow later.

STEP 2. BOOKING YOUR ACCOMMODATION

Please note that your accommodation is NOT included in step 1. This is done to allow you choosing the comfort that you prefer, regarding availability. 

Vammen Camping asks you to book your accommodation by us, so not directly with the campsite. That allows Vammen Camping to can make a proper layout of their site for the Midsummer Denmark music-holiday 2026. 

Here is how to deal with that:

  1. Choose the comfort of the accommodation you desire and are willing to pay. This can vary from a spacious camping spot for your tent, caravan, or camper in the sun or shade, by the lake or higher up on the grounds, to one of the cabins or luxury glamping tents. On this page of the Vammen Camping website, you’ll find options and prices.
  2. Answer the questions below, including on the accommodation that you chose.
  3. After receiving your registration and payment, we will check the availability of the accommodation you chose, reserve it, and send you the invoice. If the accommodation you chose is not available, we will offer you an alternative. For the cancellation conditions of your accommodation, see this Vammen Camping website page.
