Prices & payment
All prices used by Music-holiday.org are in Euro and inclusive of VAT, unless differently stated.
Music-holiday.org may require a down payment of up to 100%.
Cancellation
If you cancel until 8 weeks before the start of the event, 75% of your payments will be refunded.
If you cancel between 8 and 4 weeks before the start of the event, 50% of your payments will be refunded.
If you cancel within 4 weeks before the start of the event, there will be no refund.
Execution & complaints
Music-holiday.org shall execute to the best of its knowledge and ability and in accordance with the requirements of good craftsmanship.
Music-holiday.org has the right to have the agreed service (partially) performed by third parties.
If a delivered product or service does not comply with what the customer could reasonably expect, the customer must inform Music-holiday.org as soon as possible, at the latest within 2 months after the discovery of the shortcomings. The customer shall provide as detailed a description as possible of the shortcoming, so that Music-holiday.org is able to respond adequately.
Applicable law and competent court
Each agreement between parties is exclusively governed by Dutch law.
The Dutch court in the district where Music-holiday.org is located has exclusive jurisdiction to take cognisance of any disputes between parties, unless the law imperatively prescribes otherwise.
