Costs
Our initiative is not for profit, but because we like to participate and enjoy it ourselves. The costs need to be shared. Costs like the week’s program, our music-accommodations, the sheet music, use of equipment, conducting & coaching, the pitch with electricity (for your own tent, caravan or motorhome), your daily coffee/tea/water, your daily lunch and the communal hot meals at the first and the last evening. These demand a contribution of €650,- per participant, starting with a immediate downpayment of 130,-. Traveling partners will be welcome to participate in facilities like the lunches at modest extra costs, to be payed at the spot.
Registration
You’ll register by completing the form beneath and sending it + paying the deposit of €130,- by pressing the buttom below.
- As soon as possible we will assess your musical experience as you described in the form and inform you on the result. If positive, your registration will be confirmed. If negative, an explanation will be added and your deposit will be refunded as soon as possible.
- The minimum number is 12 paying participants. As soon as this number is reached – ultimately in April 2023 – you will be informed and asked to pay the remaining costs. After receiving these, your participation will be final. If participation lags, this music-holiday will be cancelled and your deposit will be returned.
After payment, you will receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail. Further information will follow later.
Annulation
By paying, you accept our General Conditions. If you have to cancel because of official restrictions of Covid-19, 100% of your payment will be refunded. If we need to cancel the event because of Covid-19, 100% of your payment will be refunded. If you cancel for other reasons: until 8 weeks before the start of the event, 75% of your payment will be refunded and until 4 weeks before, 50%. If you cancel for other reasons within 4 weeks before the event, there will be no refund.
